Our knowledgeable coaches and physiotherapists provide guidance throughout each activity, ensuring exercises are adapted to your unique needs. This tailored approach allows you to participate confidently, regardless of your current fitness level or stage in recovery.

How can I Participate in these Classes?
By enrolling as a member!
For only 50 € a year (our membership fee), you can have access to as many of our classes as you wish.

When are these Classes?
Our classes are spread out across different times of the day and different days of the week. We do our best to organise our lessons to accommodate as many people as possible, taking into account factors such as work-times, school-hours, our therapist’s schedules etc.
This is why we have some classes twice, at different times and on different days, to better ensure a perfect fit with your schedule.

Where are these Classes?
Our classes are spread out across various parts of Luxembourg.
While we depend on the goodwill and generosity of various communes and establishments who put their sports venues at disposition for us, we try to organise our classes so that they are accessible for most people.
This is why we have some classes twice, in different locations, to enable everyone to participate, regardless of where you live.
