Octobre Rose at the Zithaklinik, and ALGSO will be right in the heart of it.
On Tuesday 13 October 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00, you’ll find us with an information stand in the ZithaKlinik’s entrance hall, as part of the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman’s breast cancer prevention and awareness day.

Come and chat with us about the role of movement before, during and after cancer. And at midday, our yoga coach Olga leads a free yoga class (12:00–13:00) in the Gesondheetszentrum: a gentle, welcoming session for anyone who’d like to breathe, stretch and feel good.

Good to know: the yoga class has limited places (10 maximum) and needs booking in advance by email to service.communication@hopitauxschuman.lu. The information stand is free and drop-in, no booking needed.

Whether you come to roll out a mat or simply to say hello, you’re very welcome.
