Charity Golf Tournament: Swing for a Cause

On Sunday 5 July, the Lions Club Altius Luxembourg invites you to its first Charity Golf Tournament, proudly organised in support of ALGSO.
All proceeds from the day go directly to ALGSO, helping us support people before, during and after cancer treatment through adapted physical activity, emotional support and the power of community.
Yep, every putt really does count.
About the Tournament
- Format: Stableford
- Open to: Everyone! Passionate golfers, casual players and big-hearted supporters
- Atmosphere: Sporty, friendly, feel‑good vibes (think The Masters, but with more smiles and purpose)
The Lions Club Altius Luxembourg, founded in 2024, has already raised €26,000 for charitable organisations, and this year, they’re swinging their support towards sport in oncology.
ℹ️ Important note for participants: To take part in the tournament, players must hold a valid golf green card, confirming they are authorised to play on a golf course.
Programme of the Day
- From 9:30: Welcome & registration
- 10:00: First tee-off
- Around 19:00: Prize giving ceremony
- 19:30: Dinner & good vibes 🍽️
🎟 Dinner: €65 per person (drinks not included)
And because no great golf day ends quietly… a tombola awaits! 🎁
Participation Fees
- Tournament fee: €100
- €80 green fee (for non-members of Bois d’Arlon Golf & Resort)
- €20 donated directly to ALGSO

- Patronage Committee: Minimum donation €50
