ALGSO at “CHL Journée de l’Octobre Rose 2025 Luxembourg” – CHL Maternity, 1 October 2025

 

On Wednesday 1 October 2025, ALGSO will be at the Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) – Maternity, as part of the “Journée de l’Octobre Rose 2025 Luxembourg”.
This annual event is dedicated to breast cancer awareness and support. ALGSO will be present to share information about the benefits of exercise during and after cancer treatment and to connect with anyone curious about what we do.

  • 🏋️‍♀️ Details of ALGSO’s exercise classes for people living with and beyond cancer

  • 📝 Guidance on how movement supports mental health, fatigue reduction and long-term wellbeing

  • 🍪 Cookies and ALGSO t-shirts available for purchase to support our work
