SUMMARY:Octobre Rose at the Zithaklinik\, with ALGSO
DESCRIPTION:Octobre Rose at the Zithaklinik\, and ALGSO will be right in the heart of it.\nOn Tuesday 13 October 2026\, from 10:00 to 15:00\, you’ll find us with an information stand in the ZithaKlinik’s entrance hall\, as part of the Hôpitaux Robert Schuman’s breast cancer prevention and awareness day. \nCome and chat with us about the role of movement before\, during and after cancer. And at midday\, our yoga coach Olga leads a free yoga class (12:00–13:00) in the Gesondheetszentrum: a gentle\, welcoming session for anyone who’d like to breathe\, stretch and feel good. \nGood to know: the yoga class has limited places (10 maximum) and needs booking in advance by email to service.communication@hopitauxschuman.lu. The information stand is free and drop-in\, no booking needed. \nWhether you come to roll out a mat or simply to say hello\, you’re very welcome. \n  \nMove Together\, Heal Together. \nStart: 13 October 2026\, 10:00\nEnd: 13 October 2026\, 15:00\nVenue: ZithaKlinik (entrance hall) — 30 rue d’Anvers\, L-1130 Luxembourg \nCost: Free (yoga class on registration\, 10 places)
